زمینه و هدف: درپیش‌گرفتن رفتارهای پیشگیرانه برای کاهش شیوع و شدت عوارض بیماری کووید 19 ضروری است. دانش، نگرش و ادراکات فرد از متغیرهای تبیین‌کننده اتخاذ رفتار هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین دانش، ادراک، نگرش و برخی فاکتورهای همراه با رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از کووید 19 در شهروندان قم در خصوص این بیماری است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی-مقطعی در میان 2هزار و 423 نفر از مردم شهر قم در سال 1399 با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته آنلاین جمع‌آوری شد. پرسش‌نامه شامل 20 سؤال برای ارزیابی دانش، 5 سؤال تهدید درک‌شده، 6 سؤال نگرش و 13 سؤال رفتارهای پیشگیرانه بود.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره دانش 5/94 درصد، نگرش 05/93 درصد، تهدید درک‌شده 76/92 درصد و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه 42/88 درصد بود. بین رفتارهای پیشگیرانه با دانش و نگرش ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود داشت و نگرش قوی‌ترین پیش‌بینی‌کننده رفتار بود (001/0>P، 362/0=B).
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد مردم قم سطح بالایی از دانش، ادراک و رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده‌ای نسبت به بیماری کووید 19 دارند.
