تبیین درک مردم از زندگی در شرایط شیوع بیماری کرونا در شهر قم

زمینه و هدف: بیماری ناشی از کووید-19مهم‌ترین مسئله امروز جهان است که بر تمام حوزه‌های فردی، روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی افراد جامعه اثرگذاشته و زندگی روزانه انسان‌ها را مختل کرده است؛ بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین درک مردم از زندگی در شرایط شیوع بیماری کرونا انجام شد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا به روش قراردادی در مراکز بهداشتی سطح شهر قم صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار‌یافته با بیست مشارکت‌کننده (دوازده زن و هشت مرد) به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، جمع‌آوری و به طور هم‌زمان تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: از تحلیل داده‌ها، دو طبقه اصلی شامل «تغییر سبک زندگی» با دو طبقه فرعی «تغییر در فعالیت‌ها و عادات»، «تغییر در علاقه‌مندی‌ها» و طبقه اصلی دیگر اثرات روان‌شناختی با دو طبقه فرعی «اضطراب و ترس» و «احساس تنهایی» استخراج شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، شیوع بیماری کووید-19 با تأثیر در سبک زندگی و سلامت روان، تغییر در فعالیت‌ها، عادات، علاقه‌مندی‌ها و همچنین مشکلاتی از قبیل بدخوابی، اضطراب، استرس، تنش و احساس تنهایی همراه است. پیشنهاد می‌‌شود روان‌شناسان و متخصصان برای کاهش پیامدهای روانی این پاندمی و افزایش سازگاری افراد با شرایط موجود، مداخلات مؤثری طرح‌ریزی و اعمال کرده و آنها را به داشتن یک سبک زندگی فعال تشویق کنند.
