fa تحلیل هزینه سودمندی پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ساینس دایرکت، اسکوپوس و اوید در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بر اساس شاخص سما (سنجش منابع الکترونیکی) داخلی داخلی مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <p>زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، محاسبه هزینه صرف‌شده برای تهیه پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Scopus، Science Direct، Ovid و مقایسه آن با میزان استفاده و نفوذ‌پذیری، به‌‌منظور انتخاب مجموعه‌های سودمند و تعیین جایگاه این منابع در میان کاربران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بوده است.</p> <p>روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش پیمایشی و از نوع تحلیل گزارش فراکنش است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل: منابع اطلاعاتی الکترونیکی اشتراکی دانشگاه مانند مجلات الکترونیکی، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی دسترس‌پذیر دو پایگاه استنادی&nbsp; &nbsp;Science Direct و Scopus در مقابل Ovid در سال ۲۰۱۴ بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از دو شیوه بسامد استفاده و تحلیل هزینه سودمندی، گردآوری شد. داده‌ها به کمک آزمون آماری کای‌مربع تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p>یافته‌ها: فراوانی میزان استفاده براساس شاخص سما (تعداد دانلود مقاله با فرمت HTML، PDF، تعداد دانلود چکیده و تعداد انجام جستجو و نشست) در پایگاه Science Direct و Scopus و Ovid، اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت، به‌طوری‌که بین این سه پایگاه، Science Direct و Scopus، بالاترین میزان استفاده را به خود اختصاص داد. میزان استفاده و هزینه سودمندی حوزه‌های پزشکی در این سه پایگاه، با یکدیگر تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت که حوزه موضوعی پزشکی در پایگاه Scopus، Science Direct از Ovid بالاتر بود. بین میزان استفاده گروه‌های کاربران (اعضای هیأت علمی، کارکنان و دانشجویان) در دو پایگاه، اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.</p> <p>نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به مدت زمان (حدود 20 دقیقه) استفاده کاربران از منابع الکترونیکی، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت میزان استفاده کاربران جامعه مورد مطالعه بسیار پایین بوده است.</p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objectives:</em></strong> The aim of this study was to calculate the cost spent to develop databases Scopus, Science Direct, and Ovid and compare it with the rate of use and permeability in order to select beneficial collections and determine the position of these resources among the users in Qom University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> The present study is practical in terms of purpose and survey in terms of method, and is a type of detachment analysis report. The statistical population of the research included: Shared university electronic information resources, such as e-journals and accessible databases of two citation databases, Science Direct and Scopus versus Ovid in years 2014. Information was collected using two methods of frequency of use and cost-benefit analysis. Data were analyzed by chi-square test.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong>The frequency of use, based to SAMAA index (number of paper download in the format of the HTML and PDF, number of abstract download, and number of searching and sitting down) in the databases Science Direct and Scopus and Ovid was significantly different, so that among these three databases, Science Direct and Scopus had the highest rate of use. The use and cost-benefit of the fields of medicine in these three databases were significantly different from each other, and medical subject area in the databases Scopus and Science Direct was higher than Ovid.
