fa مدل روابط ساختاری تیپ شخصیتی D و افسردگی با میانجی‌گری تحریف‌های شناختی و عملکرد خانواده در شهروندان شهر بندرعباس روانپزشک روانپزشک مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>افسردگی اختلالی است که عوامل شخصیتی، یکی از علل مفروض آن به شمار می‌آید. هدف این پژوهش، آزمون برازش مدل روابط ساختاری تیپ شخصیتی D و افسردگی با میانجی‌گری تحریف‌های شناختی و عملکرد خانواده در شهروندان شهر بندرعباس بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه ‌همبستگی و از نوع مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آن متشکل از شهروندان شهر بندرعباس بود که از این بین 239 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش، پرسش‌نامه افسردگی بک، مقیاس تیپ شخصیتی D، مقیاس ‌تحریف‌شناختی‌ بین‌فردی و مقیاس سنجش عملکرد خانواده بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بررسی شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>مدل این پژوهش با داده‌ها برازش قابل قبولی داشت و عملکرد خانواده بین تیپ شخصیتی D و افسردگی نقش میانجی داشت، اما دو متغیر تحریف شناختی و عملکرد خانواده با افسردگی مرتبط نبودند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد تیپ D اثر مستقیم و معنی‌داری بر افسردگی، تحریف‌های شناختی و عملکرد خانواده دارد.<br> ن<strong>تیجه‌گیری:</strong> عوامل شخصیتی به‌ویژه تیپ‌ شخصیتی D در ابتلا به افسردگی نقش دارد. تیپ شخصیتی D می‌تواند عملکرد خانواده و نوع شناخت افراد را تحت تأثیر قرار ده <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Depression is a disorder in which personality factors are one of the presumed causes. The purpose of this study was to test the fit of structural model of personality type D and depression mediated by cognitive distortions and family functioning in the citizens of Bandar Abbas.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a correlation of structural equation modeling. Its population consisted of citizens of Bandar Abbas, from which 239 people were selected by stratified sampling. Measurement tools were Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Type D Personality Scale (TDPS), Interpersonal Cognitive Distortion Scale (ICDS) and Family Performance Scale (FPS). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The model of this study has an acceptable fit with the data and family functioning has a mediating role between type D and depression, but the two variables of cognitive distortion and family function were not associated with depression. The results also showed that type D has a direct and significant effect on depression, cognitive distortions and family functioning<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Personality factors, especially type D, play a role in depression.
