fa نقش استرس ناباروری و احساس شکست در پیش بینی کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان نابارور The Role of Infertility Stress and Defeat in Predicting the Quality of Infertile Women's Marital Relationship روانشناسی روانشناسی مقاله پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: ناباروری یکی از تجربه‌های تلخ زندگی است که مشکلات روان‌شناختی متعددی را برای فرد و خانواده‌اش به وجود می‌آورد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش استرس ناباروری و احساس شکست در پیش‌بینی کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان نابارور بود. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر، پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. نمونه‌ای شامل ۱2۰ نفر از زنان نابارور به روش نمونه‌گیری دسترس، از میان زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز ناباروری شهر بیرجند در سال 1399 انتخاب شدند. ابزار‌های پژوهش شامل مقیاس استرس ناباروری نیوتن و همکاران، احساس شکست گیلبرت و آلن و کیفیت رابطه زناشویی راست و همکاران بود. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه ۲۲ در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 استفاده‌شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین استرس ناباروری (722/0=r) و احساس شکست (651/0=r) با کیفیت رابطه زناشویی ارتباط مستقیم وجود داشت (01/0>p). همچنین مقدار ضریب رگرسیونی استانداردشده (Beta) برای مؤلفه های استرس ناباروری شامل بعد اجتماعی (014/0=p،135/0=β)، جنسی، (035/0=p، 88/0=β)، ارتباطی (166/0=p، 260/0=β)، عدم پذیرش سبک زندگی (001/0>p، 235/0=β)، نیاز به والد شدن (001/0>p، 219/0=β) و مؤلفه احساس شکست شامل احساس رکود (001/0>p،240/0=β)، احساس بازندگی (001/0>p، 225/0=β) و احساس رضایتمندی (001/0>p، 261/0=β) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت که با افزایش استرس ناباروری و احساس شکست، کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان نابارور کاهش می یابد؛ بنابراین استرس ناباروری و احساس شکست در کیفیت رابطه زناشویی زنان نابارور، نقش تعیین کننده ای دارند. Background and Objectives: Infertility is one of the bitter experiences of life that causes many psychological problems for the individual and his family. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of infertility stress and defeat in predicting the quality of infertile womenchr('39')s marital relationship. Methods: The present study was a descriptive correlational study. A sample of 120 infertile women using the available sampling method was selected from women who referred to the Infertility Center in Birjand in 2020. Research tools included Newton et al.chr('39')s infertility stress scale, Gilbert and Allenchr('39')s sense of failure, and the quality of the right marriage relationship with colleagues. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions were used simultaneously using SPSS software version 22 at a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that there was a direct relationship between infertility stress (r = 0.722) and feelings of failure (r = 0.651) and the quality of marital relationship (p <0.01). Also, the value of standardized regression coefficient (Beta) for infertility stress components including social dimension (p = 0.014, β = 0.135), sexual dimension (p = 0.035, β = 0.88), communication (p = 0.166, β = 0.260), lifestyle non-acceptance (p <0.001, β = 0.235), need for parenting (p <0.001, β = 0.219) and failure feeling component Included feelings of stagnation (p <0.001, β = 0.240), feeling of loss (p <0.001, β = 0.225) and feelings of satisfaction (p <0.001, β = 0.261). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be said that with increasing infertility stress and feelings of failure, the quality of the marital relationship of infertile women decreases.
