fa تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور بر تاب‌آوری مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار تصادفی پرستاری-روانپرستاری پرستاری-روانپرستاری مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> نارسایی مزمن کلیوی یک بیماری مزمن و ناتوان‌کننده است که مراقبین خانوادگی را درگیر می‌کند. افزایش آگاهی و توانمند کردن مراقبین بیماران می‌تواند در بهبود وضعیت جسمی و روانی بیمار و مراقبین آن‌ها تأثیر داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور بر تاب‌آوری مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز انجام گرفته است.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی شاهددار تصادفی است.60 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی بیماران بخش همودیالیز بیمارستان‌ امام خمینی (ره) کرمانشاه با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی انتخاب شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده به 2 گروه آزمایش و کنترل ۳۰ نفره تقسیم شدند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری، شامل فرم اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسون بود. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 18 استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد میانگین نمره تاب‌آوری قبل از مداخله بین 2 گروه آزمایش و کنترل اختلاف معنادار نداشت (0/29=P)؛ اما بعد از مداخله در گروه آزمایش به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (0/001>P). همچنین قبل و بعد از مداخله میانگین نمره تاب‌آوری مراقبین در گروه آزمایش تفاوت معنادار آماری داشت (0/001>P). اما در گروه کنترل اختلاف معنادار نداشت(0/17=P).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور باعث افزایش تاب‌آوری مراقبین بیماران می‌شود. از‌این‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه&rlm;ریزان، طراحان و مجریان آموزش پرستاری، برنامه&rlm;های آموزشی را به نحوی تنظیم کنند که پرستاران با میزان اهمیت پیگیری خانواده‌های بیماران آشنا شوند و با ارائه آموزش&rlm;های صحیح و اصولی در جهت ارائه مراقبت‌های خانواده‌محور برای افزایش تاب‌آوری آن ها اقدام کنند. <strong>Background and Objectives: </strong>Chronic kidney disease is a debilitating disease that can also affect the family caregivers of patients. Increasing awareness and empowering caregivers can improve the physical and mental condition of patients and the resilience of caregivers. This study aims to evaluate the effect of an intervention based on the family-centered empowerment model (FCEM) on the resilience of family caregivers of hemodialysis patients.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a randomized controlled clinical trial. Sixty family caregivers of patients in the hemodialysis department of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Kermanshah, Iran were selected by a random sampling method using a random number table. Then, they were randomly divided into two groups of intervention (n=30) and control (n=30). The assessment tools were a demographic form and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data in SPSS software, version 18.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of independent t-test showed that the mean resilience score at baseline was not significantly different between the two groups (P=0.29). After the intervention, it was significantly increased in the intervention group compared to the control group (P<0.001). In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between pre- and post-intervention scores of&nbsp; resilience in the intervention group (P<0.001), but no significant difference was found in the control group (P=0.17).<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The FCEM-based intervention increases the resilience of family caregivers of hemodialysis patients.
