fa شناسایی موانع آموزش به بیمار در بخش کرونا از دیدگاه پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید ـ 19 پرستاری-جراحی-ویژه-کودکان پرستاری-جراحی-ویژه-کودکان مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>شیوع گسترده کووید-19 و افزایش روزافزون تعداد بیماران بستری، نقش آموزشی پرستاران را برجسته‌تر کرده است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی موانع آموزش به بیمار در بخش کرونا از دیدگاه پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 در بخش کرونا بیمارستان 22 بهمن شهر خواف انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی‌مقطعی در 3 ماهه آخر سال 1399 انجام شد. 82 نفر از پرستاران مراقبت‌کننده از بیماران کووید-19 در بخش معمولی کرونا به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با پرسش‌نامه الکترونیک موانع آموزش به بیمار (دارای روایی و پایایی تأییدشده) جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نسخه 22 نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و آزمون‌های آماری کای‌اسکوئر، فریدمن، ویلکاکسون، من‌ویتنی‌یو و کروسکال‌والیس در سطح معناداری 0/05 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین میانگین نمره دیدگاه پرستاران از موانع آموزش به بیمار، مربوط به عوامل مدیریتی (0/3&plusmn;2/4) و کمترین میانگین نمره دیدگاه مربوط به حیطه مهارت‌های آموزشی (0/3&plusmn;1/8) بود. میانگین نمره دیدگاه پرستاران درخصوص موانع آموزش به بیماران در حیطه مدیریتی نسبت به سایر حیطه‌ها و در حیطه شرایط کاری نسبت به حیطه‌های نگرش پرستاران و مهارت‌های آموزشی به‌طور معناداری بیشتر بود (05/P<0).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> ازآنجایی‌که بیشترین میانگین نمره دیدگاه پرستاران از موانع آموزش به بیمار، مربوط به عوامل مدیریتی بود. مدیران باید با ایجاد سازوکارهایی نظیر نظارت و کنترل مداوم، در نظر گرفتن فعالیت آموزشی در ارزشیابی‌های دوره‌ای و صدور ابلاغ سازمانی برای آموزش به بیمار، پرستاران را به این امر مهم ترغیب کنند. <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> The extensive spread of COVID-19 and the increasing number of hospitalized patients have made the educational role of nurses more prominent. This study was conducted to identify the barriers to patient education in the coronavirus ward from the perspective of nurses caring for COVID-19 patients in this ward of 22 Bahman Hospital in Khaf City, Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from December 22, 2020 to March 20, 2021. A total of 82 nurses caring for COVID-19 patients in the general ward of Coronavirus were selected by census method and then investigated. The study data were collected with an electronic questionnaire of obstacles to patient education (with confirmed validity and reliability) and analyzed using the chi-square, Friedman test, Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney U, and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests in SPSS software, version 22. P<0.05 was statistically significant.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The highest mean score of the nurses&#39; point of view regarding the barriers to patient education was related to management factors (2.4&plusmn;0.3), and the lowest was related to educational skills (1.8&plusmn;0.3).
