fa تعیین دقت پارامترهای اکوکاردیوگرافیک Mitral Inflow S/D Ratio و Tei Index، جهت تشخیص اختلال عملکرد بطن چپ در بیماری‌های مادرزادی قلبی همراه با نارسایی دریچه میترال مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-2.3pt;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بیماری‌های مادرزادی قلب از شایع‌ترین آنومالی‌های دوران نوزادی است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دقت، حساسیت، اختصاصیت <span dir="LTR">(Tei Index, TX)</span> و نسبت زمان سیستولیک به دیاستولیک (<span dir="LTR">S/D</span>)، جهت تشخیص اختلال عملکرد بطن در کودکان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مادرزادی قلبی همراه با نارسایی میترال انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-2.3pt;"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه عملکرد سیستولیک و دیاستولیک بطن چپ در 66 کودک &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(34 کودک با عملکرد طبیعی و 32 کودک با اختلال عملکرد بطنی) که نارسایی دریچه میترال داشتند، توسط پارامترهای <span dir="LTR">TX</span> و نسبت <span dir="LTR">S/D</span> مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت، و نتایج آن با یافته‌های اکوکاردیوگرافی مقایسه شد. طبق تعریف 5/0<span dir="LTR">TX></span> غیرطبیعی در نظر گرفته شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-2.3pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> دقت، ‌حساسیت، ‌اختصاصیت، ‌ارزش اخباری مثبت و منفی در نسبت <span dir="LTR">S/D</span> به ترتیب 3/89، 5/87، 91، 90 و 5/88% بود و در مورد <span dir="LTR">TX</span> نیز به ترتیب 8/87، 5/87، 2/88، 5/87 و 2/88‌% به دست آمد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد به‌صورت کلی دقت، حساسیت، اختصاصیت، ارزش اخباری و نسبت احتمالی <span dir="LTR">TX</span> در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های مادرزادی قلبی همراه با تنگی میترال، کمتر از نسبت <span dir="LTR">S/D</span> بوده است.</p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objectives:</em></strong> Congenital heart diseases are one of the most common anomalies in infancy. This study was performed aimed to determine the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the left ventricular Tei index (TX) and the systolic to diastolic duration ratio (S/D) to detect ventricular dysfunction in pediatric pediatrics with congenital heart defect accompanied by mitral regurgitation.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> In this study, systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle was evaluated by TX and S/D ratio parameters in 66 children with mitral regurgitation (34 children with normal ventricular function and 32 patients with ventricular dysfunction) and the results were compared to the findings of echocardiography.
