Abstract

Background and Objectives: Patients and Clients to hospitals have expectations that are part of their rights and should be taken into consideration in order to preserve their personality and dignity. The present study aims to provide a model to evaluate the compliance of medical and paramedical affairs with the standards of the Holy Islamic Sharia in hospitals in the year 2021 in Tehran.
 methods: The present study is a mixed study. First, by examining the texts and forming a focus group, the primary axes and parameters of the model were determined, then by holding a three-day workshop,20 experts with an average age of 46/4± 5/2 were selected by purposive sampling and asked for their opinions. Using  Delphi method, data was collected and analyzed using SPSS version22 software.
Results: The content validity ratio of Lavosheh, which was greater than 0.79, was confirmed. using Cronbach's alpha test α = 0/89The proposed model is based on seven main axes: 1) human resources, 2) coverage of employees, patients and companions, 3) facilities and equipment, 4) physical space, 5) organization and planning, 6) training and empowerment.
7) cultural facilities and space; and 12 sections containing261 measures were presented.
Conclusion: The use of the presented model can be used as a comprehensive tool for the national accreditation of Iranian hospitals, in addition to evaluating and preparing continuous periodic reports on the implementation of the compliance law in the hospital, in the field of implementation of the compliance plan.
