The Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal is owned by Qom University of Medical Sciences and co-published by Negah Scientific Publisher. Our philosophy in The Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal is that all research is for the benefit of humankind, research is the product of an investment by society, and therefore its fruits should be returned to all people without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and in a transparent fashion. That is why The Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal provides online free and open access to all of its research publications. Therefore, The Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal has supported all the publishing costs, therefore, authors may publish their manuscripts and audiences can download and share the articles, freely.

Under the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003), The Qom University of Medical Sciences Journal is fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license (CC-BY-NC).
