fa عوامل مؤثر بر سن اولین بارداری در مزدوجین شهر بیرجند بهداشت عمومی بهداشت عمومی مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">سن اولین بارداری می‌تواند تأثیرات مهمی </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">بر </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">روی سرعت تغییرات اجتماعی، روندهای دوره‌ای باروری و مسائل اقتصادی داشته باشد. در این مطالعه متغیرهای مؤثر بر سن اولین بارداری در مزدوجین شهر </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">بیرجند </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">بررسی گردید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">روش بررسی</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">:</span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">این مطالعه به‌صورت کوهورت گذشته‌نگر (4 ساله) در سال 1394 بر روی 180 زوج بیرجندی که در سال 1390 عقد کرده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آ‌وری اطلاعات یک چک‌لیست</span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">متشکل از سؤالاتی، از قبیل تاریخ تولد اولین فرزند (درصورتی‌که فرزنددار شده باشند)، سال تولد زن و مرد، تحصیلات زن و مرد، شغل زن و مرد (قبل و بعد از ازدواج) و غیره بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش رگرسیون کاکس تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">یافته</span></span></strong><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">ها:</span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"> 2/57% پاسخگویان دارای فرزند و مابقی حذف شدند. میانگین سن مادر در هنگام تولد اولین فرزند به‌طور متوسط، 19/4</span></span><span style="color:black;">&plusmn;</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">72/24 سال بود. تحلیل رگرسیون کاکس نشان داد از بین متغیرهای مورد بررسی، سن مرد در هنگام ازدواج، محل تولد مرد، داشتن بیمه، شغل مرد، محل زندگی و شغل زن (قبل از ازدواج) می‌توانند متغیرهای اثرگذار بر سن اولین بارداری باشند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، بارداری در سنین جوانی عمدتاً در زنانی اتفاق می‌افتد که از نظر پایگاه اجتماعی </span></span><span style="color:black;">&ndash; </span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">اقتصادی در طبقه پایین جامعه قرار دارند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌‌گردد سیاست‌های تنظیم خانواده در مناطق مختلف شهری به‌صورت هدفمندتر و با تمرکز بیشتر بر طبقات اقتصادی اجتماعی متوسط به بالا اجرا گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong><em>Background and Objectives</em></strong><strong>:</strong> The age of first pregnancy can have important effects on the rate of social changes, periodic fertility rates, and economic issues. In this study, variables affecting the age of first pregnancy, were investigated in couples of Birjand city.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> This 4-year retrospective cohort study, was conducted in 2015 on 180 couples of Birjand city, who were contracted marriage in 2011. The data collection tool was a checklist consisting of questions, such as birth date of the first child (if they had children), the birth year of the woman and the man, the education of the woman and the man, the occupation of the woman and the man (before and after the marriage), and so on. Data were analyzed using Cox regression method.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Results</em></strong><strong>:</strong> 57.2% of the respondents had children and the rest were excluded. The mean age of the mother at the time of birth of the first child was 24.72&plusmn;4.19. Cox regression analysis showed that among the studied variables, man&#39;s age at marriage, man&#39;s place of birth, insurance, man&#39;s occupation, place of residence, and woman&rsquo;s occupation (before marriage) can be the variables affecting the age of first pregnancy.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><strong>:</strong> According to the results of the present study, pregnancy at young ages mostly occurs in women who are at the lower socioeconomic level.
