fa مقایسه اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی با رفتاردرمانی شناختی، بر افسردگی بیماران زن مبتلا به مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس Comparison effectiveness of Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Cognitive Therapy on Depression in the Multiple sclerosis روانپزشک روانپزشک مقاله پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: افسردگی، دومین اختلال رایج روان‌شناختی است که در رأس فهرست بیماری‌های روانی قرار گرفته و با عود و بهبود علائم بیماری‌های مزمن جسمی رابطه مستقیمی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، اثربخشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی و رفتاردرمانی شناختی بر افسردگی بیماران زن مبتلا مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های کاردرمانی و فیزیوتراپی استان همدان انجام شد. این بیماران در پرسشنامه سلامت روان )یک انحراف پایین‌تر از معیار)، نمره گرفته بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی مبتنی بر ملاک در هرگروه بود که 18 نفر انتخاب شدند. گروه‌های آزمایش طی 16 جلسه 5/1-1 ساعته، تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند و با استفاده از مقیاس ‌افسردگی، اضطراب ‌و استرس لاویبوند (Lovibond) در سال 1995 ارزیابی شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه، بین میانگین ‌نمرات افسردگی گروه آزمایشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی و گروه درمانی‌شناختی با گروه کنترل، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت. همچنین بین میانگین‌ نمرات افسردگی گروه آزمایشی رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی و گروه درمانی‌شناختی، تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (001/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد در حوزه درمان و زمینه کار با افرادی‌که در حالت بحران، درد و رنج هیجانی به‌سر می‌برند؛ رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی و رفتاردرمانی‌شناختی با توجه به ماهیت آن می‌تواند کارا و نویدبخش باشد. <ol> <li dir="LTR">Balsimelli S, Mendes MF, Bertolucci PH, Tilbery CP.
