fa بررسی همبستگی جدایی روانشناختی از والدین با سلامت عمومی گروهی از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و شاهد، سال 1391-1390 مقاله پژوهشي Original Article <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> نقش جدایی روانشناختی به معنای دستیابی به یک احساس مستقل از خود، بدون نیاز به قطع رابطه با والدین در سازش‌یافتگی فردی نوجوان یا بزرگسال در فرهنگ‌های مختلف به اثبات رسیده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی همبستگی جدایی روانشناختی از والدین با سلامت عمومی گروهی از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی 200 نفر دانشجوی علوم پزشکی به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و ابزارهای پژوهش بر روی آنها اجرا گردید. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های سلامت عمومی (<span dir="LTR">GHQ-28</span>) و جدایی روانشناختی (<span dir="LTR">PSI</span>) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی خطی پیرسون و آزمون معنی‌داری تی در نمونه‌های وابسته و تحلیل رگرسیون صورت گرفت.سطح معنی‌داری،05/0><span dir="LTR">p</span> در نظر گرفته شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>در این پژوهش بین جدایی روانشناختی و سلامت عمومی، همبستگی معنی‌داری وجود داشت (73/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>). همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد خرده مقیاس‌های جدایی روانشناختی در گروه دختران توان پیش‌بینی معنی‌دار سلامت عمومی را دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> طبق نتایج این مطالعه، جدایی روانشناختی و رسیدن به آن، نقش مهمی در ابعاد مختلف سلامت (جسمی و روانی) در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ایفا می‌کند.</p> <p><strong><em>Background and Objectives:</em></strong>The role of psychological separation of means of achieving an independent sense of self with no need to break with parents has been proved in young person or adult compromising specificity in different cultures. This study was conducted with the purpose of assessing the correlation between psychological separation from parents and general health in a group of medical students.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive study, 200 medical students were selected using random sampling, and research tools were conducted for them. General health questionnaire (GHQ-28) and psychological separation (PSI) were used for data collection. The data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, Pearson&#39s correlation coefficient, and t significance test for dependent samples, and regression analysis. The significance level of differences was considered p<0.05.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> In this research, there was a significant correlation between psychological separation and general health (r=0.73) <span dir="RTL">)</span>p<0.001<span dir="RTL">(</span>.
