fa همبستگی PCSK9 باsdLDL سرمی و سایر شاخص‌های دموگرافیک و آزمایشگاهی در افراد سالم Correlation of PCSK9 and Serum sdLDL Levels and Other Demographic and Laboratory Indicators in Healthy Individuals بیوشیمی بالینی-عمومی بیوشیمی بالینی-عمومی مقاله پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: آترواسکلروزیس، نوعی بیماری قلبی - عروقی(CVD) است که به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل مرگ‌و‌میر در جهان شناخته شده است. در آترواسکلروزیس، شریان‌ها به دلیل ورود لیپیدها ضخیم‌تر شده و دچار التهاب می‌شوند. مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیکی نشان می‌دهند علاوه بر فاکتورهای دموگرافیک و آزمایشگاهی (سن، جنس ،کلسترول، سیگار، فشارخون، چاقی و دیابت)، عوامل ژنتیکی نیز با پیشرفت آترواسکلروزیس ارتباط دارند. LDL-C  به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین ریسک فاکتورها برای بیماری قلبی - عروقی مطرح است. در این مطالعه، ارتباط مقادیر PCSK9 سرمی با sdLDL-C و سایر شاخص‌های دموگرافیک و آزمایشگاهی بررسی گردید. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به‌‌صورت مقطعی بر روی 126 فرد (68 مرد و 58 زن ) انجام شد. غلظت PCSK9 سرمی با استفاده از روش ELISA کمّی ساندویچی، مقادیر sdLDL-C سرمی به روش رسوبی و سایر پارامترهای آزمایشگاهی با روش‌های رایج اندازه‌گیری شدند. داده‌ها به‌کمک آزمون‌های آماری کلموگراف - اسمیرونف، رگرسیون خطی پیرسون و آزمون تی‌تست تحلیل شدند. سطح معنی‌داری، 05/0p< در نظرگرفته شد. یافته‌ها: مقادیر PCSK9 با کلسترول تام (001/0, p=3/0=r) و LDL-C (001/0, p=3/0=r)، رابطه معنی‌داری داشت. علاوه بر این، بین sdLDL-C و sdLDL-C/LDL-C، رابطه معنی‌دار بود (001/0, p<875/0=r)، ولی PCSK9 با sdLDL-C و سایر پارامترها ارتباطی نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد تغییرات PCSK9 در ارتباط با پروفایل‌لیپید است، ولی باوجود اینکه sdLDL-C با پروفایل لیپید ارتباط دارد، تحت‌تأثیر PCSK9 قرار نمی‌گیرد.   Background and Objectives: Atherosclerosis is a type of cardiovascular disease (CVD), which is known as the most important cause of death in the world. In atherosclerosis, arteries get thicker due to the entry of lipids and become inflamed. Epidemiological studies have shown that in addition to demographic and laboratory factors (age, sex, cholesterol, smoking, hypertension, obesity, and diabetes), genetic factors are also associated with progression of atherosclerosis. LDL-C is one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular disease. In this study, the relationship of PCSK9 levels with serum sdLDL-C levels and other variables, was investigated.   Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a total of 126 individuals (68 Men and 58 women), were studied. Serum PCSK9 concentration, was measured using quantitative sandwich ELISA; serum sdLDL-C levels were measured using precipitation method; and other laboratory parameters were measured by routine methods. Data were analyzed by statistical tests of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson linear regression, and t- tests. The significance level was considered p<0.05.   Results: PCSK9 levels had a significant correlation with total cholesterol (r=0.3, p=0.001) and LDL-C (r=0.3, p=0.001). In addition, there was a significant correlation between sdLDL-C/LDL-C and sdLDL-C (r=0.875, p<0.001); however, PCSK9 did not correlate with sdLDL-C and other parameters.   Conclusion: The results of this study showed that PCSK9 variations are associated with lipid profile, but although sdLDL-C level is associated with lipid profile, it is not affected by PCSK9.     آترواسکلروزیس, پی سی اس کا 9, کلسترول ال دی ال, لیپیدها.
