تفاوت‌های استانی علل اصلی سال‌های از‌دست‌رفته عمر به علت مرگ‌های زودرس سالمندان ایرانی در سال 1395

زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه در تلاش است تا به منظور ارزیابی بارِ بیماری در سطح استان‌های کشور، تفاوت‌های استانی علل اصلی سال‌های عمر از‌دست‌رفته زودرس در سنین سالمندی در سال 1395 را بررسی کند.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی-مقطعی است که در سال 1395 در سطح استانی و کشوری انجام شده است. این داده‌ها از سامانه ثبت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی اخذ شده و با استفاده از روش استاندارد سازمان بهداشت جهانی، تعداد سال‌های از‌دست‌رفته عمر بر اساس سه علت مرگ برای سالمندان محاسبه شده است.
یافته‌ها: سهم فوت سالمندان از کل فوت‌ها از 43 درصد در استان سیستان و بلوچستان تا 77 درصد در استان گیلان در نوسان بود. استان گلستان بالاترین میزان سال‌های از دست رفته عمر به علت مرگ زودرس ناشی از بیماری‌های قلبی-عروقی (345 در هزار) و سرطان‌ها (227 در هزار) در سنین سالمندی را داشتند و استان کرمان با میزان 81 در هزار بالاترین میزان سال‌های از‌دست‌رفته عمر ناشی از بیماری‌های دستگاه تنفسی در این سنین داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش نسبت جمعیت سالخورده در آینده و به تبع آن روند رو به رشد مرگ‌و‌میرها در این سنین و به منظور مدیریت بهتر آن توجه به تفاوت‌های استانی و پتانسیل‌های بهبود وضعیت سلامت سالمندان، به‌ویژه در زمینه علل فوت ضروری است.
