مقایسه عملکرد حافظه در جانبازان دارای علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه با گروه بدون اختلال

زمینه و هدف: سلامت جسمی و روانی جانبازان، در گرو توجه ‌به مشکلات روان‌شناختی آن‌هاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه عملکرد حافظه جانبازان دارای علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه با گروه بدون اختلال در شهر تهران بود.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش با روش کوهورت تاریخی بین سال‌های1395-1396 انجام شد. تشخیص جانبازان دارای اختلال استرس پس از سانحه مبتنی‌بر استنادات کمیسیون پزشکی بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران بود. تعداد 30 جانباز دارای اختلال استرس پس از سانحه، با 30 جانباز بدون اختلال در مطالعه شرکت کردند. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود و باتوجه‌به ملاک‌های پژوهش صورت گرفت. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس حافظه بالینی وکسلر بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد بین 2 گروه در همه خرده‌مقیاس‌های حافظه بالینی وکسلر (اطلاعات عمومی، آگاهی به زمان و مکان، توجه و کنترل ذهنی، حافظه شنیداری، حافظه عددی، ترسیم تصاویر و حافظه دیداری) تفاوت معنا‌داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: عملکرد حافظه در بین جانبازان با اختلال استرس پس از سانحه و جانبازان بدون اختلال در همه ابعاد، تفاوت دارد.
