تأثیر رابطه‌درمانی والد‌ـ‌کودک بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اتیسم: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی‌سازی‌شده کنترل‌دار

زمینه و هدف: اختلال طیف اتیسم، با طیف وسیعی از مشکلات رفتاری توأم است؛ در این راستا معرفی راهکار مناسب ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رابطه‌درمانی والدـ‌کودک بر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم طراحی شد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر، یک کارآزمایی بالینی است. نمونه‌ها شامل 36 کودک مبتلا به اتیسم و مادران آن‌ها در شهرهای کاشان و اراک در سال 1399 بودند که به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی‌سازی بلوکی به 2 گروه اختصاص داده شدند. مداخله در قالب 10 جلسه رابطه‌درمانی والدـ‌کودک اجرا شد. برای گروه کنترل، مداخله‌ای انجام نشد. داده‏ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‏های راتر، گارس ـ 2 و ریون در شروع، پایان و 2 ماه پس از پایان، جمع‌آوری شدند. داده‏ها بر‌اساس طرح از پیش ‌تعیین‌شده و قصد درمان با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس با اندازه‏های تکراری، آنالیز کوواریانس، تی مستقل، کای‌دو و فیشر تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بین 2 گروه از‌نظر سن تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود داشت (037/0=p). بر‌اساس آنالیز بین‌گروهی در 2 مرحله، تحلیل از پیش ‌تعیین‌شده و قصد درمان، اثر متقابل زمان و مداخله بر شدت مشکلات رفتاری معنی‌دار بود (0001/0>p). تفاوت شدت اختلال رفتاری بین 2 گروه در پایان مداخله معنی‌دار بود (043/0=p)؛ ولی 2 ماه پس از آن معنی‌دار نبود. آنالیز درون‌گروهی در گروه‏ آزمایش، برخلاف گروه کنترل، بین شدت اختلال رفتاری در 3 مقطع زمانی تفاوت معنی‌دار نشان داد (0001/0>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: رابطه‌درمانی والدـ‌کودک می‌تواند به تعدیل مشکلات رفتاری کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم کمک کند. این روش به‌عنوان درمان مکمل در ارائه خدمت به خانواده‏های درگیر اتیسم پیشنهاد می‌‌شود.
