شفقت به خود در پرستاری: تحلیل مفهوم

زمینه و هدف پرستاری یک عمل دلسوزانه به حساب می‌آید و در این میان دلسوزی و شفقت برای دیگران در هر شکلی که صورت گیرد، خود مستلزم داشتن شفقت نسبت به خود است. این مطالعه با هدف شفاف‌سازی مفهوم شفقت به خود در پرستاری انجام شده است.
روش بررسی این مطالعه بر‌اساس رویکرد تحلیل مفهومی واکر و آوانت انجام شد. پس از انجام جست‌وجوی وسیع و مرور متون در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی گوگل‌اسکالر، مگیران، پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات جهاد دانشگاهی، پابمد، وب‌آوساینس، مدلاین، اسکوپوس و پروکوئست و فرهنگ لغت پزشکی آکسفورد، با کمک کلیدواژه‌های self-Compassion ،‌Compassion ،Compassionate care ،Self-Forgiveness، Self-Perception و شفقت به خود، در فاصله زمانی سال 2010 تا 2022 و بر‌اساس معیارهای ورود 10 سند مطالعه شدند و ویژگی‌های تعریفی مفهوم از آن‌ها استخراج شد.
یافته‌ها شفقت به خود، یعنی گشوده بودن و همراه شدن با رنج‌های خود، تجربه حس مراقبت و مهربانی نسبت به خود، اتخاذ نگرش غیرقضاوتی و همراه با درک و فهم نسبت به بی‌کفایتی‌ها و شکست‌های خود و تشخیص اینکه تجربه فرد بخشی از تجربه بشری است.
نتیجه‌گیری نتایج بررسی تحلیل مفهوم در این مطالعه می‌تواند تصویری عینی و قابل‌درک از شفقت به خود در پرستاری ارائه کند و گامی مؤثر برای آموزش، تقویت، اندازه‌گیری و در‌نهایت توسعه این مفهوم در جهت ارائه خدمات پرستاری با‌کیفیت و ایمن توسط پرستاران باشد.
