Background and Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the level of anxiety in children during the Coronavirus pandemic and its related factors in Qom.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted by cluster sampling method in primary schools of Qom province. Our criterion for assessing anxiety level was the SCAS questionnaire.
Results: The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between anxiety level and academic status. So that children with higher educational status experienced less anxiety than other groups (14/31 ± 10/ 70) And children with poor educational status experienced the most anxiety (25/5 ± 12/04).  Also, gender had a significant relationship with children's anxiety level, and during the Corona epidemic, girls experienced more anxiety (17.39 ± 11.48) and boys experienced less anxiety than girls with an average of )14.9 ± 11.38(. mental health problems such as stress in children can not only have individual complications and costs but also can cause problems for the family and society,
Conclusion:  the findings obtained from the research can help psychologists and professionals to intervene. It is suitable to prevent the increase of stress level in children and its consequences.
