زمینه و هدف: عوامل نگرشی مبتنی بر صفت یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل تأثیرگذار بر خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات قلبی و عروقی است. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی و آزمون مدل نگرشی مبتنی بر ویژگی خودمراقبتی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات قلبی و عروقی بود.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 467 بیمار مبتلا به اختلالات قلبی و عروقی بودکه به‌صورت غیرتصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری شد و با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و همچنین از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار Amos نسخه 24 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 14/25±59/96 سال بود. از نظر آماری، سازه معنای زندگی، پیشگویی‌کننده سازه حس انسجام بود (0/001>P، 0/26=β). همچنین سازه درک بیماری نیز پیش‌بینی‌کننده خودمراقبتی بود (0/001>P، 0/21=β). شاخص‌های χ2/df و RMSEA به‌ترتیب کمتر از 5 و کمتر از 0/8 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مهم‌ترین ابعادی که در تبیین خودمراقبتی گنجانده شده شامل ادراک مثبت از بیماری، تمرکز بر کنترل سلامت و معنای زندگی است. با توجه به این نتایج، کانون کنترل سلامت و درک بیماری از یک‌سو و تأثیر معنای زندگی از سوی دیگر، در خودمراقبتی بیماران قلبی و عروقی باید بیشتر موردبررسی قرار گیرد.
