زمینه و هدف: سالمندان به مشکلات متعدد و بیماری‌های مزمن دچار هستند که برای حفظ سلامتی خویشتن باید بتوانند مراقبت بهینه از خود داشته باشند. سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی از ابعاد مهم سلامتی و جنبه مهم از زندگی سالمندان است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط سلامت معنوی با خودکارآمدی در سالمندان مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز جامع سلامت شهرستان بابل در سال 1402 به انجام رسید.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی‌مقطعی است. 225‌ سالمند مبتلا به بیماری مزمن مراجعه‌کننده به 4 مرکز جامع سلامت شهری و روستایی منتخب به شیوه غیرتصادفی و در‌دسترس در سال 1402 بررسی شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه سلامت معنوی و مقیاس خودکارآمدی عمومی جمع‌آوری شد. آنالیز داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، آزمون رگرسیون) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 20‌ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین متغیرهای سلامت معنوی ( 58/12±98/109) و خودکارآمدی (46/7±4/78) در حد بسیار مطلوب مشخص شد. سلامت معنوی با خودکارآمدی (001/0>‌P، 973/0=r) همبستگی مثبت و معنادار را نشان داد. تحلیل رگرسیون خودکارآمدی توسط سلامت معنوی سالمندان نشان داد که سلامت معنوی 7/94 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی را پیش‌بینی می‌کند و مشخص شد که با افزایش سلامت معنوی‌، میزان خودکارآمدی نیز افزایش می‌یابد (97/0=‌> β، 001/0=‌P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با افزایش سلامت معنوی خود‌کار‌آمدی افزایش می‌یابد. با‌توجه‌به اهمیت این موضوع در ارتقای سلامت، آگاهی از سلامت معنوی و خودکارآمدی سالمندان می‌تواند سیاست‌گذاران را در برنامه‌ریزی‌های سلامتی سالمندان یاری دهد.
