زمینه و هدف: سرطان یکی از معضلات بهداشتی مهم در جهان محسوب می‌شود که با تهدید سلامتی و زندگی انسان‌ها، آسیب‌های متعددی در ابعاد جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی ایجاد می‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی همبستگی بین تاب‌آوری و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک مطالعه توصیفی‌همبستگی بود که در سال 1401 بر روی 167 زن متأهل مبتلا به سرطان پستان در شهر قم با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری متوالی انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه سازگاری زناشویی گراهام اسپینر و پرسش‌نامه تاب‌آوری کانر دیویدسون بود. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 و آزمون‌های توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد. برای تعیین ضرایب و پیش‌بینی‌پذیری متغیرها از تحلیل رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان مطالعه 8/8‌±‌51/2 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد بین تاب‌آوری و سازگاری زناشویی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار آماری وجود دارد. بین تاب‌آوری و سطح درآمد همبستگی مثبت وجود داشت (0/24=r= 0/002,p<0). یافته‌های رگرسیون برای پیش‌بینی سازگاری زناشویی نشان داد بیشترین میزان پیش‌گویی‌کنندگی متعلق به سازه تاب‌آوری (0/01>p، 0/61=b، 0/53,0/36-0/0:‌CI) و بعد از آن متغیر تعداد کودک بود (0/01>p‌، 0/28=b، 34/27-3/1 :‌CI).
نتیجه‌گیری: با‌توجه‌به یافته‌های این پژوهش به نظر می‌رسد تاب‌آوری شخصی، رضایت و سازگاری زناشویی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان یک ضرورت برای سلامت روانی و جنسی تلقی می‌شود.
