Background and Objectives: Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease, which has diverse and confusing clinical manifestations. The involvement of genitalia and urinary tract is among these manifestations.Brucella orchitis is one of the relatively common complications of the disease, which its identification can help physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
