The issue of "Persian-Islamic pattern of development" and "Persian-Islamic science and technology" have arisen from a wide historical process. Revolutionary Muslims in Iran developed the “Islamic republic theory” to develop the revolution. After revolution and being successful in 8 year- imposed war, the proposed question was that in which fields Islam can be efficacious and to what extent it could be effective in human life.

The stability of Islamic revolution for more than three decades and also its influence on some international interactions proposed different concepts such as "Islamic economy" and "Islamic sociology" which is really one of the most important theoretical challenges of Islamic republic of Iran.

"Persian-Islamic pattern of science and technology development" is also one of these issues which was emphasized by the supreme leader of Islamic republic of Iran in 2006.

This paper discusses the definition and necessity of this pattern and its organizing strategies especially in health domain.
