analysis method:This is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study. This study was conducted with a simple random cluster sampling method on 184 nurses from hospitals affiliated to Qom University of Medical Sciences. Information was collected through online questionnaires of communication skills, job satisfaction and personality traits. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. In this study, p was considered less than 0.05.
findings:According to the results of this study, communication skills and personality traits have 47% ability to predict job satisfaction. Also, 65.9% of the participants have average job satisfaction.
Conclusion:Considering that in this study, nurses' job satisfaction was at an average level. Therefore, managers and relevant officials should take measures to improve the job satisfaction of nurses, who are one of the pillars of the medical staff.
