Introduction: Organizational trust in nurses leads to effective communication and cooperation, improvement of performance, improvement of care and treatment matters, improvement and promotion of health. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the studies conducted in the field of organizational trust in Iranian nurses.
Methodology: This systematic study has examined the articles published in the years 2011-2021 from PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, SID, IranDoc, Web of Sciences, Magiran in both Persian and English languages. key words; Organizational trust, nurse and Iran were used in Persian sources and In Iran, nurse, organizational trust, trust and its Mesh equivalents using OR and AND operators. Out of 183  studies that investigated the organizational trust of nurses in Iran, after evaluating the quality of the articles, 15  articles were considered eligible and included in the study.
Findings: The results of extracting the findings of 15 articles (4 English articles and 11 Farsi articles) showed that 43% of the studies reported the level of organizational trust of nurses at an average level and 57% at an above average and high level. 53% Studies have only addressed the factors affecting organizational trust and did not report the level of organizational trust. Factors affecting nurses' organizational trust include individual factors (marital status, morale and psychological capital) and various organizational factors (organizational support, organizational changes, nurses' knowledge sharing, functional behaviors, work environment dimensions, teamwork, organizational culture, institutional unity, psychological empowerment , organizational health, organizational learning, organizational commitment, job rotation, job motivation, interactive justice, job satisfaction, productivity and spiritual leadership.(
Conclusion: The organizational trust of about half of the nurses is above average and high. In order to achieve more organizational health, prevent conflicts and improve the quality of nursing care, managers of the health care system in planning and making decisions should consider individual and organizational factors affecting organizational trust and in order to promote a more favorable state of organizational trust to try.
