Background and Objectives:
The limitation of resources on one hand and the increasing demand for them on the other hand shows the vital importance of paying attention to productivity as the only way to continue human life and on the way to perfection. It was the health center of Qom province in 1400
Methods:
The research method was qualitative and the foundation's data was used in terms of the nature of the method. The participants included specialists and experts in the field of educational management, education and health and health promotion in the country, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method of 11 people, the estimation of the desired sample size was done based on the theoretical saturation of the data. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The reliability and validity of the data were calculated from two methods of review by participants and recoding by experts. Data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding, 201 open codes (concepts), 20 central codes (dimensions and components) and 6 selective codes (main categories) were counted
Results:
Qualitative findings showed that major and core categories in the form of six dimensions of causal conditions, central phenomenon, background conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences were upgraded to a higher abstract level
Conclusion:
Increasing productivity by reducing costs and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization directly has a positive effect.
