شناسایی مؤلفه‌های حمایت از حقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستان‌های ایران

زمینه و هدف: هدف عمده نظام سلامت ارائه مراقبت با‌کیفیت و ایمن به گیرنده خدمت است. گیرندگان خدمت از حقوقی برخوردار هستند که دولت و نظام سلامت در سطح کلان و بیمارستان در سطح خرد موظف به تأمین و حمایت از آن است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه‌های حمایت از حقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستان‌های ایران است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش به روش کیفی است. مصاحبه‌شوندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از‌طریق مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 16 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان در خصوص حمایت ازحقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستان انجام شد. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA نسخه 10 تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل، داده‌ها در 7 محور اصلی سیاست‌گذاری، مدیریتی، آموزشی، اطلاع‌رسانی، منابع انسانی، منابع فیزیکی و بیمارمحوری و 60 زیرمحور طبقه‌بندی شدند. مهم‌ترین موضوعات در بین یافته‌ها موضوع سیاست‌گذاری با فراوانی 28 درصد و موضوع مدیریتی و بیمارمحوری با فراوانی 17 درصد بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: حمایت از حقوق گیرنده خدمت در بیمارستان، نقش مهمی در تحقق اهداف نظام سلامت و رضایتمندی بیماران داشته و تحقق آن نیاز به ایجاد بسترها و سازوکارهای لازم در سطح کلان و در سطح بیمارستان دارد.
