پیش‌بینی گرایش به اعتیاد بر‌اساس کیفیت زندگی و سواد سلامت در دانشجویان: یک مطالعه همبستگی

زمینه و هدف: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر، یک بیماری همه‌گیر است که بر زندگی افراد تأثیر می‌گذارد. کیفیت زندگی و سواد سلامت از عوامل زمینه‌ساز در سوق دادن یا بازداری از گرایش به سوی مصرف مواد مخدر است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر پیش‌بینی گرایش به اعتیاد بر‌اساس کیفیت زندگی و سواد سلامت در دانشجویان بود.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، تمامی دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد قم در سال تحصیلی 1401-1402 بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 358 نفر برآورد شد که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد‌استفاده شامل مقیاس گرایش به اعتیاد وید، پرسش‌نامه‌ کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و مقیاس سواد سلامت منتظری و همکاران بودند. جهت تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل آماری داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 26 و روش‌های آماری رگرسیون چندگانه به روش هم‌زمان و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد زیرمقیاس‌های کیفیت زندگی (سلامت جسمی، سلامت روان شناختی، روابط اجتماعی و محیط اجتماعی) و زیرمقیاس‌های سواد سلامت (دسترسی، مهارت خواندن، فهم و تصمیم‌گیری) پیش‌بینی‌کننده گرایش به اعتیاد هستند (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت زندگی و سواد سلامت توان پیش‌بینی گرایش به اعتیاد دانشجویان را دارند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولین آموزشی به‌منظور کاهش گرایش به اعتیاد در دانشجویان به نقش کیفیت زندگی و سواد سلامت توجه لازم را داشته باشند.
